Population Health

Chart clock: opens automatically when a Care Coach opens a program patient's chart. It pauses after ${o.idleMin} idle minutes or when the coach leaves the page. On close, the coach picks what they did and can lower (never raise) the minutes.
Notes: dictate or type the encounter → Gemini drafts a structured note → coach reviews, edits and signs. Signed notes are locked; changes are addenda.
Care plans: Nurse drafts → Director approves → coaches apply to patients and review with them on schedule.
Coverage: coaches see their own panel by default; the census search finds any Population Health patient so they can help a teammate. Every chart opened outside your panel is logged.
